Juliana is not your stereotypical "muscle head" type of trainer. She is a an awesome Trainer. Her knowledge level, desire to teach, desire to grow professionally, and her true understanding of the physical mechanics of the human body is demonstrated in her ability to train and motivate clients of varying levels. She has been able to help me fully understand how to work out properly and encourages me to push myself. She gladly shares her expertise with you to make the sessions fun, challenging, and a learning experience. Juliana also provides a meal plan to follow so your workout will make even more of an impact! She is easy to relate to and has a good sense of humor which helps to motivate me. I can't say enough positive things about Julian's training. She really knows her stuff. What I enjoyed so much is how she always changed up our workout plan so my body didn't get used to our workouts and plateau. Before I started working with Juliana I was a cardio junkie. She really changed my outlook on lifting. I did not bulk up I lost inches my clothes fit differently and I was so impressed with how strong I got.
