At Body Strong Training we believe in fitness as a lifestyle. A part of your life that is sustainable over the long term and which produces results which are beneficial both physically and mentally. Our programs are tailored to each individual: their goals, their current lifestyle, their likes and dislikes regarding food and exercises. We will create a program, based on reasonable expectations and reasonable compliance, which will fit into the clients life and show them that healthy living is attainable . . . there are no reasonable excuses.
As a mother of three young children, I know finding time for yourself is difficult, but being at your healthiest and happiest is best for you and your family. By prioritizing healthy living, not only will you feel and look your best, but you'll set a lasting and important example for your family.
Some people believe that people who look fit are simply "lucky" or genetically blessed. While in some cases this may be accurate, more often the results are from putting their health and goals above fleeting emotions ("I'm too tired!" or flimsy excuses ("Eating healthy is too expensive!").
Seeing changes in clients and watching them finally understand that they do not have to resort to extremes to attain their goals is an awesome experience.
There are many methods and types of exercise which will produce physique results. While some methods are preferable regarding certain goals, diet and compliancy to the program are the determining factors for success. I believe exercise should be something one enjoys and looks forward to . . . be it weight training, yoga, running, mountain climbing.
First you must decide upon your goal, then set smaller goals leading up to that. With a solid plan and support system , you can attain your healthy physique!
